XVR is also used as support tool for appraisals and for job interviews or promotions. Some Services use XVR as debriefing tool after an incident.
All “core” emergency services use XVR: Fire & Rescue, Police, Ambulance and Civil Defence. XVR is also used by more specialised services like Close Protection teams, Forensics teams and Police Special Intervention Units.
XVR’s all hazards scenario capabilities allow Instructors to create scenarios for all relevant topics in the curriculum. XVR is used in both mobile set-ups as well as in dedicated Simulation Centres.
E-learning and remote exercises are increasingly used in refresher courses and continued education. XVR supports these teaching methods by offering the use of XVR remotely.
XVR Simulation and its partners offer support and coaching to Emergency services to allow them to use XVR as widely as possible and as result achieve an optimal return on investment.
