To match our steady growth, we’re looking for an experienced lead generator to join our marketing team. We need someone who has a talent for searching for new leads in a niche B2B market. Who is able to adapt our solution based on the customer’s individual needs and experiences, and qualify the best prospects for our sales funnel.
- Identify leads via outbound calls, email, and other digital mediums. - Qualify leads from online inquiries, existing customers and inbounds leads. - Enter, nurture, and track leads in our CRM system to actively engage with potential customers. - Identify prospective customer needs and challenges and inform them about our solutions. - Provide a positive customer experience through promotion of our products and services. - Collaborate with the Sales Team to research and identify and target projects ahead of the planning stage. - Work closely with the Marketing team to create lead discovery best practices and optimise processes. Capture market data and collaborate on new customer engagement campaigns for lead nurturing.
What we ask:
- You have a bachelor’s degree (academic level of thinking and working). - You have experience in Sales or Marketing. - You have strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills. - You are self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently without close supervision as well as in a team environment. - You’re fluent in English, both verbal and written. Being fluent in German is a bonus. - Affinity with our target group.
