Communication officer

We are looking for an all-round communication officer (24-32 hrs a week) to support our team for a period of 11 months, starting November 2021 (maternity leave cover). You will join a small but enthusiastic team that supports emergency services around the world with virtual reality simulation software.

Our software is used in over 50 countries, and about 150.000 incident responders are trained with our software every year. We have recently launched a new product, and we will be attending a huge event in the summer of 2022 which needs a lot of preparation, so your help is very welcome.

You will work closely with the content coordinator, designer, and marketing manager. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Writing content for the website and promotional materials, monitoring social media, and formatting and sending out quarterly newsletters and other mailings. You take pride in doing your work well and on time, while also staying flexible to jump on opportunities. 

Have a bachelors in Marketing and/or Communication
Have excellent editorial skills in English and Dutch
Are interested in (serious) games
Are accurate and not afraid to speak your mind
